    Initially we will create a restaurant and bar to serve the local town but our target audience will be for the vacation renters and after ski crowd from the local ski mountain 'Saddelback'. In the summer Rangeley is a very popular vacation spot for fisherman and ATV community. I would like to also rent out a small storefront space for another local business. This building currently has a 3 bedroom apartment above it and has never been utilized as rental property. I would like to renovate the apartment and rent to people on vacation. I'm a driven retired Air Force Officer who has a successful track record as the Director of Operations for the 133 Air Refueling Wing where I managed 12 KC-46 aircraft worth over $4.8B. I currently have a team in place to execute this new business venture with a managing director who has over 20 years experience managing successful restaurants and bars.

    Furbish Brew House, Sarge's Pub and Grill, Portage Tap House With the growth of the local town and the ski mountain being recently reopened, the current restaurants in town cannot keep up with the demand. Our focus will be to offer a great menu with competitive prices and live music. Currently there are no restaurants in town that offer live music and a after ski atmophere.
