I have reached a point in my business growth where I need to do three things in order to scale: 1. develop services with a predictable and repeatable bottom-line result and a recurring revenue stream. 2. Recruit and train reliable staff to create a true team business model where the owner doesn’t have to be doing everything and can truly delegate most of the work to their team 3. Streamline my business operations by implementing improved processes and automation. I am unable to scale my business unless I am able to do these things, and it will require funding to take the necessary next steps.

1. Create a predictable lead flow for steady qualified leads. This will be done through specialized lead tactics, webinars, freebies, networking, creating alliances, paid advertising, social media marketing, email marketing and organic digital marketing. 2. Close more sales at higher prices through improved value proposition and sales training for me and my team. 3. Add recurring revenue streams through upsells and subscriptions. 4. Improve internal business processes to reduce overhead. I am passionate about helping businesses succeed and want to maximize my agency's potential to boost other businesses who need help with getting their message out to the world online.
