Business Plan
I have taken our business plan and revamped it to use strategy for growth. Paying close attention to investing money in the right areas to expand our business while getting current jobs completed. We have begun to expand our market area as well as looking at new products. These products focus on services that relate to what our clients need to adjust to this new world and way of life. These products are similar to what we already service, therefore it will be an asset to our business. We have also looked into taking these new products into our markets trade shows - if they are open or when they do open back up. We are working on strategies to increase our marketing to bring more leads in. These include increasing our optimization in our website and adding the new products, targeting our market by way of Social Media, asking for referrals, revisiting clients from past jobs. Our location is in an incredible market that always has repeat business, lucrative residential and commercial customers. Our team is well trained in what we do, providing excellent service with the ability to grow. Kitchens are the number one most important room in the house with master bath being second. The majority of homes in our market are over twenty years old and in need of renovation which is what we do best.

Self Identified Competition
The home centers which focus on 'do-it-yourselfers'. There are other kitchen and bath stores that only sell the cabinets. There are a couple of unlicensed companies that are attempting sell cabinets, as well. The home centers service is typically not customer friendly and lacks professionalism. Further the home centers only sell semi-custom products. We sell full custom, as well and semi-custom. The other kitchen and bath stores typically only sell the cabinets. We are a one stop shop selling cabinets, tops, trim, hardware, plumbing, flooring and lighting. Further, we have on staff designers to help with selections for a seamless experience. Most of our clients are retired and simply want the process to be easy, with little desire to shop multiple stores for these individual products. The unlicensed companies lack credibility and experience, thus creating very little competition.
