Business Plan
5 year growth plan includes training in simulators, crew environments, and turbine aircraft. The community of Marina is primary agricultural (40%) with a large percentage of the population minority with little or no means of attaining advanced flight training with the goal of achieving employment with regional or national airlines. I can lead an effort to provide advanced aviation hands on training for the trade. Equipment is readily available and agreements with Airport Management are in place for sustaining an ongoing effort. This community would benefit with minority citizens that have achieved Captain status as a professional pilots.

Self Identified Competition
Monterey Navy Flying Club and AeroDynamic Aviation exclusively offer flight training near Marina, California. These are traditional flight schools that target applicates that can fund their own training. Costs for achieving advanced training and securing minimum qualifications for initial pilot jobs exceeds $30,000 annually. Our approach is to provide mentorship and financial paths to achieve goals for our students. Some of the paths forward may result in enlistment for the armed services, flight instructor, or direct hiring into the regional or national airlines.
