Business Plan
Our plan is to build greenhouses with hydroponic systems to provide the highest quality product to our consumers. We will also build a laboratory for CBD oil extraction to provide a highly sought after product to our dispensaries. We will be seeking trends in consumer needs and mold to what that is at all costs and time in order to provide the most competitive marketing approaches and the best quality products for our consumers. We will provide and community outreach by hosting farm tours and presentations about our industry so that the public has complete knowledge and understanding about the product and all it benefits. As the business grows, we will advertise in publications that reach our target industries. Currently, we will be growing on 10 acres which can provide 9,000 full grown hemp, that’s 4,500 pounds of hemp bud over span of 3 harvests a year. Through the years, will be buy more land and plan on growing on over 300 acres at the 5 year mark. Once the legalization of recreational cannabis passes in New Mexico, the transition into growing cannabis will be very easy and the market value of the product will increase even higher. Hemp production for industrial and medical purposes continues to grow world and nationwide and have over 50,000 uses to include, but not limited to, house insulation, paper making, fabric, biofuels, medicinal purposes for both adults and children, CBD oils, and many more. The current supply of the product cannot meet the demand because there is not enough cultivation happening, this is due to lack of knowledge o how to grow, lack of funding, lack of acreage, or environmental factors. With less than a handful of farms in the county and surrounding counties, ingestion in Rancho Chanate will facilitate to provide product for the southern region of New Mexico at more reasonable costs for our dispensaries and customers. We are a Veteran owned business with the best intentions of providing an opportunity and work to those who are interested in learning the art of this trade, and especially to our veteran brothers and sisters.

Currently, our only competitors in this field are Eagle Moon Hemp Farm in Deming, NM and Ultra Health Farm in Tularosa NM. What sets us aside from these companies Is: We are a Veteran Owned company with the highest work ethics and highest intentions of growing this industry and company. All nutrients that will be given to our plants will be organic. Our farm will continue to grow to be over 300 acres which will be much larger than the two farms mentioned. We have the experience needed to be completely successful in this industry. We have a close connection to many dispensary’s as it stands. We have established relationships with subcontractors for support with marketing and community outreach.
