Legacy Residential Homes Inc | Application Preview
Legacy Residential Homes Inc. is seeking government grants to support payroll and acquire personal protective equipment. The organization, a nonprofit dedicated to providing residential services for at-risk youth in Southwest Ohio, aims to enhance its offerings by obtaining certifications that will allow them to charge a higher per diem, while also planning to expand by adding four new locations by 2023.
The funding is crucial for attracting investors, as LRH focuses on creating a safe and educational environment for young males transitioning from the correctional or foster care systems. Their mission emphasizes empathy and guidance, striving to fill the gaps left by absent parental figures.
In a competitive landscape that includes K.E.L.L.Y Youth Services, Lighthouse Youth Services, and Samuel Home II, LRH distinguishes itself by partnering closely with Children's Services, Human Services, and the Juvenile Court system. With the closure of the Scioto Juvenile Correctional Facility, LRH is positioned to offer tailored programming that aligns with the Ohio Department of Youth Services' initiatives, facilitating a smoother transition for youth into foster care or long-term placements within a family-oriented setting. This commitment to intensive care and a family-like environment sets Legacy Residential Homes Inc. apart from its competitors.

Business Plan
I plan to get us certifications that help reimburse the counties to charge a higher per diem. I'm also looking at adding 4 new locations by 2023. Investors should invest in us because Legacy Residential Homes (LRH) Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing residential housing services for at-risk youth in the Southwest Ohio Region. Through partnerships with local Family & Children’s Services, employers, school districts, and juvenile court systems, we will offer a safe, clean and educational environment to aid young boys in the correctional or foster care system to transition into strong, productive, and influential young men. Motivated by today’s youth's potential, LRH wants to offer the empathy, love, support, structure, and guidance of a parental figure to young men who no longer have the advantage of these foundational values.
