Self Identified Competition
The first competitor is Lululemon. They are the industry leader's in leggings. They make great leggings. One thing that I have discovered with surveys is that women say that even though they like Lululemon, the prices are ridiculously high. The Frazier Brand second competitor is Gym Shark, the Frazier Brand will also be making workout gear along are other sports apparel. Gym shark started in 2012 and in 2019 the owner sold 30% of the business for 1.2 billion dollars. The last competitor is Under Armour. They built there empire out of a garage. Just as Under Armour put all their eggs in to there compression shirt,The Frazier Brand will be betting on Celliant fabric . The Frazier Brand sports apparel will be equipped with Celliant fabric that has been clinically proven to increase blood flood and help athletes recover faster. The Frazier Brand believes that Celliant is the next evolution of sports apparel
