Rhythm Productions LLC 12920628 | Government Grant Application

Rhythm Productions LLC | Application Preview

Rhythm Productions LLC is seeking government grants to enhance its photography business. The funding will primarily be used to acquire a new laptop compatible with essential editing software, as the current system is outdated. This investment will also help pay off the camera, allowing the owner to concentrate on improving photography skills.

The business plan focuses on attending educational workshops to learn about marketing and branding, aiming to establish a full-time career in photography with a specialization in promotional photos for small businesses and part-time wedding videography.

The applicant highlights a personal connection to hard work and resilience as a second-generation American with Armenian roots, expressing a desire to uplift others while pursuing a passion for photography. This grant would provide crucial financial support to enhance the quality of their work.

In terms of competition, the applicant acknowledges other photographers who serve as both mentors and educators in the industry. However, the competitive edge lies in a unique approach to photography that emphasizes individuality. Each session is tailored to showcase the distinct personality of the subject rather than adhering to a uniform aesthetic. The owner values capturing candid moments, prioritizing authenticity in their work.

  • Funding Usage

The editing software I need to support my camera files is unable to download on my current OS system. The laptop I have now is as updated as it can get. I need an updated laptop in order to be able to edit my photos and video and any worthy editing software. I would also like to pay off my camera so that I’m able to focus on improving my craft.

  • Business Plan

I plan on investing in education workshops so that I’m able to learn more about marketing and how to properly brand myself and reach the appropriate audience. I plan on becoming a full time photographer specializing in small business promotional photos and video as well as a part time wedding videographer. I am second generation American. My family came from Armenia to escape the genocide in the early 1900’s and eventually built their business from the ground up. It is in my blood to be a hardworking businesswoman and work to provide for my family. I want to create and help other people realize their self worth while growing my own business and living for my passion. I believe there is nothing I cannot accomplish while in the right mindset. This grant would give me the boost I need to cover my business finances so I’m able to solely focus on improving the quality of my craft.

  • Self Identified Competition

Cassidy Lynn - traveling photographer, mentor/educator. Teresa Williams - Chicago based photographer, coach/educator, entrepreneur. Lauren Di Donato - NJ based photographer/traveling photographer, mentor. I believe every session, couple, family, and business is different. I make sure to highlight the uniqueness of each shoot. None of my clients are the same, so why should they look the same? Most photographers keep up with their aesthetic on their pages to make it look organized and pleasing to the eye and while that definitely works, I like to see the difference in each beautiful session I am able to shoot. Each one different, each one stunning. I like posed, but am in love with candid. To show the real person. Who they are and who will be represented when they print that photo, frame it, and hang it in their house. Realness is my priority.
