USA DRONE ACADEMY & SERVICES CORP. | Application Preview
USA DRONE ACADEMY & SERVICES CORP. is seeking government grants to further develop its educational offerings and services. The funding will be allocated as follows:
1. **Online Course Development**: The academy plans to create and produce didactic courses through recorded videos, requiring funds for video production and a user-access platform.
2. **Drones Purchase**: They intend to buy enterprise-grade drones equipped with thermal and multispectral cameras, along with agricultural drones, to enhance their training without the need for rentals.
3. **Hiring Staff**: The academy aims to employ a drone repair technician to support their services.
4. **Facilities**: Funding will help secure a physical location that includes a classroom, showroom for drone sales, and repair space.
5. **Scholarship Expansion**: They wish to boost their scholarship program for individuals with disabilities and ex-convicts, offering three scholarships per course.
6. **FAA Certification**: The academy plans to begin the certification process for FAA PART 137, enabling them to provide agricultural drone fumigation services.
7. **Website Improvement**: Additional funds will be used to enhance their online presence.
In terms of growth over the next five years, USA DRONE ACADEMY envisions the introduction of new bilingual courses, acquisition of advanced technology, expansion into new cities like Orlando, Houston, and Los Angeles, and job creation while increasing their scholarship offerings in those locations.
The academy believes it stands out due to its unique, all-in-one approach to drone education and services, including bilingual course offerings and comprehensive repair services. Its scholarship initiatives for disadvantaged groups further set it apart from competitors, which primarily focus on course delivery without the accompanying services. Existing competitors, such as Pilot Institute, Dart Drones, and Drone Training School, either lack bilingual options or the ability to provide drone repairs and sales.
By securing funding, USA DRONE ACADEMY aims not only to expand its business but also to positively impact the community and facilitate the reintegration of marginalized individuals.

Business Plan
Our vision of growth for the next 5 years is to incorporate new courses in English and Spanish, as well as acquire new equipment to keep up to date with technology, open new branches in cities such as Orlando, Houston and Los Angeles, generate direct jobs and increase our scholarship plan in these cities. USA DRONE ACADEMY, is a unique concept in the market since there is no Academy that teaches bilingual courses and at the same time has drone repair service, spare parts sales and services with Drones. Additionally, we want to contribute to the country with our scholarship plan for people with disabilities and ex-convicts to help incorporate them into society.

Self Identified Competition
1. Pilot Institute: They are amazing and inspire us to improve ourselves. They have good courses and are well positioned in the market, but they do not sell or repair drones. We have online and face-to-face courses and soon we will have bilingual courses. 2.- Dart Drones: They have a lot of experience and good courses, face-to-face and online. But their prices are high and they don't have bilingual courses, they don't sell or repair drones. 3.- Drone Training School: They do not have online courses, they do not sell or repair drones We have a more complete concept than our competitors, since we incorporate everything in one, courses, services, sale, and repair of drones. In addition, we are the only ones with a scholarship plan for people with disabilities and ex-convicts. Our vision of growth goes beyond making money, it is also helping the community and people.
