  • Business Plan

In the next 5 years, GreyGlyde Transit LLC anticipates: purchasing a fleet of its own vehicles ((including insurance, license, certification inspection, etc.)); purchase or lease property to open a new location; structurally expand our services (i.e., home-food deliveries) and service areas (i.e., rural and other regions of the state); provide employment opportunities for economic growth. Investors should invest in GreyGlyde Transit LLC, because it's a known fact that nonemergency medical transportation services are highly essential to access healthcare services. There's a huge market for this type of service simply because there's a substantial amount of ill individuals out there who cannot transport themselves to the hospital and/or appointments hence the need for private transportation services. Statistics have it that the treatment of chronic conditions accounts for three-quarters of all United States healthcare expenses. Transportation remains Metro Atlanta’s top concern. When asked to name the biggest problem facing the region, 28% of respondents said transportation. This was the sixth straight year this topic topped the list of residents’ concerns. 25% of respondents said they frequently lacked transportation to get where they needed to go. 48% of respondents said expanding public transit offers the best long-term solution to the region’s traffic challenges. There is a growing market opportunity in the NEMT services industry. The overall population of elderly and disabled patients is increasing. Plus, as a result of the Affordable Care Act, more preventative and follow-up treatments are covered by health insurance plans. In most areas, there simply aren’t many wheelchair-accessible vehicles in public transportation fleets. By 2024, the global market for medical transportation is expected to reach $42 billion, which means that it is steadily growing by about 7% annually. In the US, the non-emergency medical transportation industry is becoming larger due to greater recognition of the service from the healthcare organizations. However, the difference between medical transportation and NEMT companies is exactly in the state and officials recognition; while the former has long been surfing the market, the latter is still floating on the backs of independent firms. Nonetheless, by investing, potential investors can assist GreyGlyde Transit LLC in our mission of bettering overall health outcomes of American citizens in need of our services.

  • Self Identified Competition

Our top 3 competitors include major companies such as MARTA, Lyft/Uber, and Metro Atlanta United Way. All of these transportation companies/networks provide various forms of transportation in the same general area. We are different from our competitors because even though we provide similar services, all of our competitors serve the general public. However, our services are specialized to serve seniors, veterans, disabled individuals and disadvantaged Medicaid recipients.
