The funding will provide us a backbone to pay off the rent, backed up bills and debt we've obtained during the corona virus. We have not been able to provide ourselves a paycheck and have a new baby. This last month we have had a 25% increase in memberships but in order to obtain them we need to pay the heat, pay the rent so they don't lock our doors. I know we will be successful if we are granted some help. Thank you for your consideration.

Business Plan
In just the last 3 weeks we have increased by 25%. We have signed up for a martial arts business training program to help us with our online marketing. In addition we just won the worlds and everyones looking to train at our school. In addition to that we have students looking to open up a franchise of our brand in other locations. We have the blueprint in front of us we just have to catch up from the corona virus. People have already reached out to invest in a new location with us. We have new people in the gym every week. We are doing everything right. Our community is large, but safe and friendly people feel like they are home coming to our school. We give back to our comminity and offer free prgorams for the younger adult community who live in rural areas and cannot afford a membership. Our youth program is top notch. The parents trust us with their kids and have never missed a class. Our team is winning championships all over the country- their name will be supported and advertised if a private company wanted to support us. We are confident we will be as big as a "Planet Fitness" by 2025.

Self Identified Competition
There is one school in our town and they are busy because of their name. People know that name and go there- like McDonalds vs. a mom and pop burger place. However- that big franchise of a name doesn't come close to the relationship and cont. revenue that we are guaranteed by having our family owned business. Honestly, they don't compare. There is one martial arts gym in our town and they do not come close to the community of a gym that we have. Most people leave their gym and come to ours. We offer a different vibe, different experience that is welcoming to anyone at any age and any skill level. From 5 years old to 75.
