Business Plan
In the next 5 years I plan to grow my business by increasing my customer base for the daycare and enroll more kids until I am full capacity. Investors should invest in me because Parents are in need of daycares more than ever now than we did a year ago. Some parents are having trouble going back to work because they can't find a daycare that they can afford or help their children with online learning.

Self Identified Competition
-KinderCare Learning Center-is America's most accredited daycare facility. They are a great facility with amazing resources and are open from 6AM to 6PM. -Miami Valley Child Development Center-has been in business for 50 years and is open from 6AM to 6PM. They have received many awards in the Step Up To Quality program and they are an income based daycare facility. -Victorium Learning Center- is a daycare that has been in business for 25 years. They have 2 different locations 1 is on the east side of Dayton, Ohio and the other on the west side. They provide not just weekly pricing but part-time pricing and hourly pricing as well. They are open from 6:30AM to 6PM What makes me different from my competitors are that I will be open until Midnight and my prices will be more affordable. There are a lot of people that I know that have 2nd shift jobs. If most daycare are closed at 6PM, what can 2nd shift parents do if there is no family or friend to watch their children? Some parents Cannot afford $300/week and up for daycare services. My daycare will be affordable for parents no matter the income and I can help the children with online learning. My goal is to provide quality care for an affordable price.
