  • Business Plan

My plan for the next 5 years is to have over or up to at least 400 clients. I would like to expand my business from the New Haven area to the valley and into Fairfield county, with offices in all locations. I would love to not only provide, private, homemaker and companion service, but also mentoring services, transportation services and education such as schooling or certification of some type. I would want to contract with multiple homecare agencies, group homes, hospitals, and nursing homes to provide staffing. Lastly, I will continue to gain as much knowledge as possible in the health care field and use it to assist others in running a successful business. I believe that investors should Invest in me because I have worked In the health care field for almost 16 years so I’m well versed on where I need to invest the money to make my company successful. I plan to invest the money back into the business for hiring and marketing purposes which is really what’s needed for business to get off the ground and continue to grow moving forward.

  • Self Identified Competition

My top 3 competitors are: Beyond home care Aides and companies Homemakers and companions What makes me different from my competitors is that I plan to offer services that they don’t offer. Such as mentoring services for our young inner city kids. Or for the adults/children that suffer from mental health. Along with Transportation services to and from doctor’s appointments or to run errands so they no longer have to rely on outside transportation services. This will also be provided for our staff that may not have a vehicle to get to and from their clients.
