Funding Usage
To supply myself with a good tax program that will also work with the state of West Virginia. To be sure I have computers and printers that will work with the program. I will definitely need some courses or IRS help on all the changes for this year. Plus various office supplies. Lastly, I will need to advertise in West Virginia. I hope to gain new clients while keeping the Texas clients I still have.

Business Plan
I plan on advertising first but I have learned that I live in a tight knit community and word of mouth goes a long way here. I plan on providing the best tax experience that these people can have so they will tell their friends and relatives. That means having the right equipment to do the job in WV. I think investors should invest in me because I am trying to bring a service that I have been doing for 21 years successfully to people that do not even have a grocery store in their town. They do not have a lot of knowledge about their tax situations. I have gotten to know many of these people and they seem to trust me that I will not stir them wrong.

Self Identified Competition
Most of my competitors are over an hour drive from our community. There is an older lady down the road that has been doing relatives taxes for years but according to some people around here she does not explain the people's tax situation very well which frustrates people especially if they have to pay extra taxes. She does not do business returns or any different situations like a death in the family. Most of these people do not like the fact that they have to drive so far away to get their taxes done especially if they are missing something and have to make numerous trips. I live in the middle of the mountains in the middle or a forest and these people don't leave here for much. Most of them grow their own food and go to the Dollar General 12 miles away for anything they don't have. That is why I would like to be local for these people for any tax needs. I am local and educated. I have a Master's degree in Business Administration. I am also getting ready to possibly take my CPA exam once I see what I need to do.
