Finesse Touch Painters LLC 812645090 | Government Grant Application

Finesse Touch Painters LLC | Application Preview

Finesse Touch Painters LLC is seeking government grants to support daily operations and facilitate significant growth outlined in its business plan. The funding will be primarily utilized to expand service offerings, improve lead generation, hire skilled labor and subcontractors, enhance advertising efforts, and establish a comprehensive training program. The aim is to create a reputable brand and build solid partnerships across the industry, positioning the company as a household name.

The applicant believes that by assembling a dedicated and skilled team, the business's growth potential will be limitless. The long-term vision includes evolving from a residential painting service to a multi-service provider operating in various states, offering carpentry, cleaning, furniture moving, and more.

In terms of competition, the company draws inspiration from established firms such as College Pro Painters, College Works Subcontracting & Painting, and Certapro Painters. The owner has firsthand experience working with the first two competitors and has developed their service model based on the successful strategies of these firms.

Finesse Touch Painters intends to stand out by merging the operational approaches of the identified competitors. The plan includes hiring licensed subcontractors for larger commercial projects while employing trained painting laborers for smaller residential jobs, thereby maximizing efficiency and quality. The company's slogan, "Quality workmanship, with a 'finesse' touch!" encapsulates its commitment to excellence in service.

  • Business Plan

Most importantly grants/funds will help expand my service and bring in more quality lead generators, managers, laborers, subcontractors, equipment, advertising and promotions. Also I would like to implement a training program to more successfully brand my service into a household name and develop business relations and partnerships in order to become more of an established service/company. I will grow my business by creating the most comprehensive, competitive, hardworking and competent team required in order to move forward. By putting the best people in position our company’s growth potential will be unlimited. Not only am I a visionary, but I also desire and see clearly in a way that will obtain success. The seeds planted from creating a successful service will in turn lead to other possible business ventures, ultimately becoming a multi-service instead of remaining only a residential painting service. My primary goal is to grow into a company that operates in several states and providing solutions for customers in search of carpenters, painters, cleaners, and even furniture movers.

  • Self Identified Competition

My top 3 competitors and mentors are 1. College Pro Painters 2. College Works Subcontracting & Painting 3. Certapro Painters Essentially I have modeled my service after these companies and have even been mentored and guided to a certain extent by the first two companies on my list. I started as a Franchise Manager with College Pro, moving on to becoming a subcontractor for College Works and eventually I began to model my own independent, residential, interior & exterior painting service, using blueprints learned from these multi million dollar companies. The first company on my lists creates revenue through using college students as fully trained paint laborers. The second company I listed above creates revenue primarily by booking the work and splitting the budget 60/40 or 50/50 with insured subcontractors allowing the “subs” to produce the work and provide product and materials using the agreed upon budget. I will differentiate my own service by combining the two blueprints. We will hire licensed and insured subs that may require higher pay for larger commercial projects and make up the difference in expenses by hiring company trained painting laborers to produce the smaller residential projects.. Slogan: Quality workmanship, with a “finesse” touch! — Finesse Touch Painters
