Funding Usage
We are a team of three female veterinary technicians whose dream, Furr All Paws, services those in need of affordable pet care in the Houston area. We have earned our business space and LLC but require most of our help renovating our space to be a safe, puppy friendly home away from home. We will provide the medical education one needs in order to maintain the overall health of any companion animal as well as grooming, boarding, walks, organic homemade treats, pet photography, and merchandise.

Business Plan
Through tactical marketing, becoming vendors at local events, consulting with our accountant weekly, providing convenient drop off/pick up mobile service for those clients who aren't able to make it into our shop, building our website so anybody has capability to book with us, networking, and more. We are three very hardworking women of very diverse backgrounds. We each work well over 70hrs a week between our dream, Furr All Paws, our normal jobs at specialty vet hospitals (not general practice), and furthering our education at a local college. We come from little to nothing and strive to grow ourselves and bring the communities we come from with us.

Self Identified Competition
First and foremost, we are our biggest competition. Because we are a very unique small business who values client education and animal health as our top priority, our goals are different than those who provide a single service. Our second biggest competition is the local groomer. We strive to keep the small business "mom and pop" feel to Furr All Paws at prices even cheaper than a groomer's. Lastly, we compete with big discount online pet stores of the likes of Chewy.com and more. They offer quick and cheap solutions for leashes, treats, etc. We offer products we know work from our experiences of the veterinary medical field with the personal touch one would love for their furry friends. We are capable of providing the same convenience at the matched price in our better quality products. With 18 years of combined veterinary medicine experience between the three of us, Furr All Paws will provide services other typical groomers cannot. We have the knowledge to help owners understand the countless how's and why's involved in our field and offer advice in layman's terms. "What is an impacted anal gland and why should I be concerned?", "How often should I clean Fido's ears?", "Why does my dog's breath smell so terribly?", are all common questions we have solutions for, with the animal's best interest and the consumer's pocketbook all in mind. Each of the founders of Furr All Paws come from lower income backgrounds so our mission is to forever help those who are like us through our business and our many hours of volunteer work outside of our normal business hours, regular jobs, and schoolwork.
