Business Plan
In the next 5 years I plan on having a fully operational online website for order placement. This will in turn free up my time so I can increase production! I also plan on operating my business outside of my home. My business is growing in spite of Covid 19. Mainly because of what types of items I offer but also the affordability. I will have an office space. I also plan on acquiring additional employees to help support the demand of my wealthy business! Investors should invest in me because I’m a one stop shop for all creative needs! I’ve always loved the art realm of the world! Since this is my passion my business is guaranteed to grow! Creative Chanans is going to a household name for affordable designs and crafts! I’ve given people things to enjoy doing our quarantine time! I helped many catch up on home remodeling projects! Also, helped people save tunes of many by bringing old items back to life! Investors should invest in me so I can one day become an investor and invest in others with my dream!

Self Identified Competition
My top three competitors are Etsy, other interior decorators and other apparel designers. Etsy offers very similar items to my business from multiple vendors. However, Etsy has stake in all of those vendors. I work to hard to not own my products fully. Other interior decorators that solely focus on interior design have more experience. Also, consumers are likely to go to them for business because that’s their sole expertise. Other apparel designers are competitors for the same reason as other interior decorators. What makes me different is every item is specific to every customer. No two items are or will be the same. I get detailed information on the customers vision and keep them included every step of the way. My competitors have become complacent with their service. As a result they lack the personal touch Creative Chanans will always offer!
