Black Label Auto Styling, LLC L20000080148 | Government Grant Application

Black Label Auto Styling, LLC | Application Preview

Black Label Auto Styling, LLC is seeking government grants to fund the acquisition of new equipment and hire additional employees, aiming to expand its services and reduce reliance on third-party vendors. The company's strategy over the next five years focuses on bringing outsourced services, such as tire installation and powder coating, in-house. This approach is intended to enhance profitability by minimizing external costs while better serving dealership clients.

The grant application highlights the potential for increased revenue through these expansions, particularly in entering the collision and body repair sectors. The owner emphasizes that maintaining services in-house aligns with investor interests, especially regarding returns on investment.

In terms of competition, Black Label Auto identifies its main competitors as Ultimate Auto, Wolves Den Customs, and Empire Customs. Although these companies are viewed as partners rather than adversaries, the goal is to capture more of the market share by internalizing services typically outsourced.

The competitive advantage cited is a strong emphasis on customer relationships and personalized service. The business prides itself on delivering exceptional customer care and has received positive reviews and references to support its reputation.

  • Funding Usage

Need funding to equip the company with more equipment and employees to expand services and minimize vendor and 3rd party expenses. I would use the funds to to lower outside cost and keep all services in house to generate bigger revenue.

  • Business Plan

I plan to grow my business in the next 5 years by expanding all out sourced services and bringing them in house. Tire machines, powder coating equipment, and alignment machines will help my business provide necessary services day to day. I provide services to dealerships and often have to use vendors to complete services I provide to them which minimized profits. I would also want to expand into the collision, paint, and body industry and provide repair services to dealerships and the public. Investors like to hear about Return on investments. They also know that keeping all services in house will create great revenue gains in the long run which in return the more money I make, the greater the percentage will be at the end of any agreed upon terms.

  • Self Identified Competition

My top 3 competitors would be Ultimate Auto, Wolves Den Customs, and Empire customs. Although I do coexist and use their services as 3rd party vendors, I’d like to keep most of my profits by being able to provide the services I use them for such as powder coating, wheels and tire installation, paint and body, and paint protection film installation. I can’t say anything bad about my competitors and I also won’t refer to them as my competitor because we work well together serving the greater central Florida area. What I do know is that I individually have relationships with my customer on a professional level and I give them one on one customer service like a doctor would with their patients. I go above and beyond to make sure they are more than satisfied. I have reviews to prove it and references that will vouch for me.
