Business Plan
I plan to double my business over the next year and continue growth through my new marketing plan established this year. Marketing consists of word of mouth, radio, social media, print and email campaigns. The care and education I offer the community is needed due to our overwhelming cases of diabetes, cancer, and chronic are. My systems are easy for patients to follow and with the support I offer the results are predictable, which in turn will make a big difference in our community.

Self Identified Competition
Competitors are Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, other medical clinics could be considered competition. Although the systems I use are not fad diets, they are lifestyle training and eating real food not packaged or manipulated stimulants. That being said, these companies have a very large marketing budget so they do take a large piece of the market share. My systems are different in many fundamental ways. The first is I am testing and monitoring my patients all along the way to help them reach their health goals in a safe and long-lasting way. I train and educate them and help them identify their caution foods as well as help them with emotional eating that can cause people to give into cravings and give up. The results are consistent and quick which is very motivational and I work with patients primary care doctors, or other doctors to help them build their health and decrease or eliminate the need for medications by eradicating the root causes of their disease.
