We have seen steady growth and profits in the two years that we have established Evolution Landscaping, however, we continue to seek creative solutions to pain points that we have experienced along the way. Every bump in the road has been a lesson for us, and we continue to work together as a company to find better solutions to our problems, which will in turn help us grow. The next area of focus in our five-year plan is on the customer experience. As a business that depends solely on the satisfaction of our customers, we recognize the importance of a positive customer experience. Because of this, we plan on frequently communicating with customers during and after projects to ensure that they are happy with the services that we provided, as well as send out email surveys to help us identify any areas of improvement. The largest part of our five-year plan for growth is the addition of real estate services. One of our employees is actively pursuing a real estate license. Having an employee with a real estate license will not only expand our revenue channel, but there is also an opportunity to increase the revenue gained from landscaping jobs, as we can offer our landscaping services as part of the home sale.
