Funding Usage
We plan on opening a second site in Augusta, Ga. Other than the normal or duplicate business model, we would like to focus on training and hiring young adults with developmental or cognitive delays. I have made contact with local experts in Applied Behavioral Analysis and they have agreed to help create a training and workflow process that will provide a successful support for the individuals we hire. The money will go towards the training and salary for these individuals and the support teams needed to make this a positive and successful work environment.

Business Plan
We will branch out to food truck and offsite sales for local festivals. We will target the children's birthday party market, in shop or delivered to the home with setup. Based on our location, we will have a higher demand for smoothies and loaded teas. I have a successful health system operations background. I understand and participate P&L, SWOT, and budget reviews and my department has always met budget and defined metrics . This knowledge combined with my passion for developing a worksite that has an integrated workforce with neurotypical and spectrum-based employees. CSRA has limited options for our young adults to work and thrive after they have completed their educational programs.
