Funding Usage
The chip shortage has impacted my ability to procure and warehouse technology to set up for clients. Credit cards are not sufficient to purchase the volume of hardware needed for clients. I am looking for funding to procure computer hardware and software in order to serve an expanding list of non-profits like Digital Promise and NAFCC.

Business Plan
Build a strong brand: Develop a clear brand message and identity that reflects your values, expertise, and services. Leverage digital marketing: Invest in digital marketing strategies such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing to reach your target audience and increase visibility online. I'm currently making this investment. Expand service offerings: I currently provide strategic plans and implement technology to get businesses started. I am partnering with MSP's to expand my offerings and provide ongoing service and support. Build strong partnerships: Many of my clients come from my 16 years in the non-profit sector and K-12 edtech. I maintain these relationships as my colleagues become founders themselves. I support their startup and growth strategy. Invest in a team to support client satisfaction: I plan to convert to an S Corp and onboard someone to manage customer success to free me up to grow new business and focus on the agility of the business to respond to markets. Cosima Technology LLC is a technology consulting service focused on serving organizations that lack internal tech leadership and strategy, namely K-12 and non-profits. I come from these environments with over 16 years of experience and expertise on the inner-workings of these organizations. I am adept at aligning funding and resources to enhance the impact of these organizations.

Self Identified Competition
VCIO to go I don't know of any consultants that target K-12 and non-profit CIO services. I have been a non-profit executive and leader in K-12 Edtech for over 16 years, fostering key relationships with industry leaders in the space. I have direct access to the majority of clients and can meet their needs at the ground level.
