Investments in technology to help fans, coaches, and parents connect with their girls performance. Improvements to our training facility to generate additional interest. Payroll for increased field maintenance to ensure max participation and further generate and maintain current customer interest.

  • Business Plan

Our core service performed is event hosting. We plan to obtain a higher rate of games played in our event schedule with investments in field maintenance. We further plan to increase our area of hosted events. We've found that some of our customers like to participate in events in places like the shore. We usually field a set of teams for girls to play on within our organization. We plan to be more appealing as an organization to help to recruit and retain more girls with investments in technology. The organization boasts over 800 Facebook likes. The organization has experienced accelerated growth over the past few years. We achieved 800 overall girl participants in 2020 after achieving 500 overall in the year prior. Last year, we achieved 2,500 overall girl participants at the end of our spring/summer period.

  • Self Identified Competition

Our competitors include In The Net Softball Tournaments, Elysian One sports, and Xpress Elite softball. The value add of the organization is the President. The President has coached softball and baseball organizations for decades going back to my, his son's, youth years. My father, the President, coached our teams to three consecutive Little League district championships. Furthermore, my father knows the operations associated with bringing in teams to our events which allows for our organization to grow. I, the son of the President, have over four years of corporate finance and senior finance experience. I earned my MBA in 2021 and utilize financial analysis, financial planning, valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and grant writing to help our organization grow. I'm extremely receptive and take the ROI of grants from those that fund our organization personally.
