Funding Usage
I will humbly and graciously accept any all all amount of grant you would deem me worthy of receiving. My intentions with the funding would be to first and foremost, come on as a full time employee to embark on my endeavors of entrepreneurship. I am currently working another job to fund my family of 5 and have yet to be able to pay myself from my business. My next expenditure would be a few more advanced courses for my IT director and second hire. We want to offer the best, speedy IT service in Las Vegas and I believe additional schooling is essential to being the best provider possible for our clients. Another investment I would like is to purchase an electric vehicle to travel to surrounding areas of Las Vegas to offer our services in those areas. Many businesses stand in need of IT and Cybersecurity services and a simple purchase of a vehicle can both physically and figuratively propel my business forward. Finally, in order to best serve our customers it would be prudent to add 2 additional services to our tool belt. Storage and offsite backups. A grant would be a massive lift to allow us to purchase servers and host them to in turn host business critical information for our customers in the cloud.

Business Plan
Our plan is to always offer the best managed services to our customers. Period. I have worked in marketing, sei, business development and sales for almost the entirety of my life. The best way to acquire new business is via word of mouth. It’s also 10x cheaper to retain a client than it is to find a client. We intend to offer the highest level of support to our customers, always. Something that makes our organization different in our offerings is that we really take on the “Managed” services approach. We operate essentially as our clients full time IT director, for a part time, fixed cost. Many of our competitors will sell initial agreements and then bill an additional amount at an hourly rate for additional hours consumed. We never do this. Our clients are our success and we take our partnerships very seriously. When we quote our clients, we lock that price in regardless of hours consumed. We keep very detailed records and logs of what we do and how long we spend with each customer. We have learned our customers love the concept of a flat fee and unlimited support. In essence, our business model allows for a more harmonious approach to managed agreements with our customers. They aren’t scared of getting the support they need and we aren’t incentivized to squeeze the clock to bill our customers. In all reality, you invest in a person more so than a business. I have a lot of business acumen and believe in myself and the people I have in my circle. I have all of the tangibles you could ask for in a business owner, yet I firmly believe my success comes from the bond I’ve forged with my employees and partners. I have always prioritized the person over the end goal and I believe that has paid dividends for my success.

Self Identified Competition
The IT marketplace is rather large in Las Vegas but some top, local competitors would include AIS, Office 1, and Les Olson. All three of these organizations have an established presence in the Las Vegas market and offer a plethora of IT and IT peripheral support. They all have larger office spaces, warehouses, supply chains, sales reps, and boards. They are quite formidable in comparison to my small organization, yet all oak trees grow from seeds. Our offering is different because we do a full time IT staff for a part time, fixed cost. Our customers absolutely love paying one fixed rate for their services, and we have seen nothing but very happy customers. I stated this in a previous section but our customers like calling us for issues, knowing there will not be an additional bill for that. We become like a remote member of their team and therefore inseparable.
