Revolutionary Industries LLC | Application Preview
Revolutionary Industries LLC is seeking government grants to support its growth and enhance its operations. The funding will be used to expand marketing efforts, increase inventory of tools, and relocate to a more suitable facility for equipment storage.
The business plan focuses on door-to-door marketing, social media outreach, and word-of-mouth referrals, aiming to grow the workforce to at least ten employees.
The company highlights its unique background, as it is co-owned by partners who have faced significant challenges: one has MS while the other is a former inmate striving for reintegration into society. Their mission includes providing employment opportunities to individuals in need and delivering dependable services to the community.
Despite facing competition from established players like Tough Turtle and underbidding landscapers, Revolutionary Industries believes its strong community connection and commitment to social responsibility set it apart. The owners, both minority and with personal experiences that inform their mission, are dedicated to creating positive change and opportunities for others who have experienced adversity.

Business Plan
Door to door, social media, word of mouth. We are scaling the business proportionately and seek to have a minimum of ten employees. We are a start up company owned by one partner who has been diagnosed with MS, and one partner who has rehabilitated and transitioned back into society after having served over a decade in prison We seek to to assist and help our community by employing those who need a fair shake and providing a service that that is professional and reliable.

Self Identified Competition
Tough Turtle; They have a huge presence in our community. They have commercials on TV. Your average everyday landscaper that underbids the job and takes our work. We understand that many people move into this workspace, but we have all the costs of a legitimate business and therefore struggle to get the jobs. We have a passion for the community that we serve. The owners have a vested stake as homeowners and both are members of the local governmental planning board. Both owners are minorities, Mexican - American and one is legally disabled. Both owners come from backgrounds riddled with adversity. Gangs, prison, drug infested environments and both owners are seeking to create an opportunity for those around them that are willing to work towards a better future.
