Funding Usage
I will Buy Art from Contemporary Artist , from private collectors and galleries , also in auction to get the best deal. i know that theirs values will increase in the next 3 to 5 years and i will build a new Inventory for Lea Lee Art LLC . I will buy 40.000$ equipment , improve and redesign my website to get a strong visibility online ( and make a successful e commerce to pay my expenses + ) and attract new clients ( who are already on my listing ) to make more sales. As soon as i receive my Tax return, (it is on a way), I plan to ask the New York Covid 19 recovery Loan for small business ( No more then 100.000$ with 3 % interest Yearly Capital must be reimburse in 5 years with no collateral necessary ) as i am eligible, i will ask 75.000$ for this loan , unless you will have a better loan to propose . I does not wish to make a big loan as i prefer grant or investors with partnership. I have the clue and the knowledge , as i predicted in 2004 - 2005 that the major increase of the Andy Warhol and Jean Michel Basquiat values , same for Alexander Calder, and other artist less known by the Public .
