    Funding usage will be to upgrade to better equipment to take on larger higher ticket jobs and create the ability to take on employees pave way to multiple equipped fleet vehicles to expand to more jobs per day.

    In the next 5 years I plan to have expanded to a fleet of 5+ vehicles servicing homes and businesses as well as added services. These services would include shingle rejuvenation via a buy in for the right to use a patented product, as well as concrete sealing, and asphalt sealing services. Investors should invest in me because I am a Marine Corps veteran with strong ideals in leadership and work ethic. Military veterans are proven to be excellent entrepreneurs and have shown over the years to succeed at a higher percentage than non military small businesses. I have a drive to build a business that I can expand and continue to grow each year and provide a place of employment people love to work at which provides groundwork for happy and returning customers. With an investment I can successfully commit to this business full time and take it much farther.

  • Self Identified Competition

    Main competitor in my area is PPW (Perfect Pressure Washing). They are located out of state with a large fleet that services the general area. Customers I have had received quotes from them and were not pleased by the interaction and decided to go to a local small business. From my research there are a few smaller businesses that work in the area but not so established and seem to be small team operations that remain small to take home personal income. Other competitors include companies that have services I plan to provide as side services and do not include them as main services (such as painting and landscape companies) I stand apart from my competitors first as a Military Veteran owned business, but what makes me different is I plan to be the first well known business specializing in the services that most started to offer as a side service after establishing themselves. My goal is to advertise property preservation through my services by cleaning and protecting homes and businesses. I also have the ability to secure larger contracts and if the opportunity arises government contracts to clean government buildings because of my veteran status. (Such as military base housing and buildings and motor stations).
