    The funding would be used to lease a location for Party Godmothers to operate out of to earn more money. We would need to purchase tables, chairs, additional table clothes, plates, glasses, silverware, chair covers, storage cabinets, a sign for the business, business cards, advertising, cleaning supplies, a website, a phone specific to the business, balloons, centerpiece decorations, lights, decorative curtains/sheers, catering equipment, cake and cupcake stands, decorative candy displays and containers, photo backdrops, a microphone and amp, and uniform shirts.

    My plan to grow my business is to have a dedicated location that I can use. I would like to rent this location out on days that I do not have an event to generate more money. I will be able to do more advertising with the funds to help grow my business. I eventually would like to expand to provide a "party in a box" where clients can request a customized party that we will provide all of the decorations needed all boxed up and shipped to their door for easy set up. This business is my passion. I was always told that if you love what it will never feel like work. This is what I love. I give my all in my current job and would love to give twice as much to my own business. I am reliable, hard-working and dedicated to making this business successful and leaving something great for my kids in the future.

    My top 3 competitors would be other local event planners (such as Events by Torsha), rental halls, and companies that do parties (such as Chuck E. Cheese). While they are all great companies and very successful, I would want to give what they all have and more (see below). I would be able to compete with each of them buy bringing a little more to the table than each of them currently bring. The event planners do not typically have a hall or space that the clients can use, the halls have the space but no one that is readily available to plan the event, and Chuck E. Cheese has the space, event planners but do not add the customized aspect or have a "party in a box aspect.
