  • Funding Usage

In order to capture more of the market, add a few more needed features, We would use this capitol to support more design and development of offline capability, video capability, add a few other templates and build an inspector/real estate agent management toolkit and reference builder. We would also use some of this for marketing efforts, outreach campaigns, and tools to better manage customer email interaction. This capitol would, also, enable our team to put more of their effort into the project, instead of other jobs.

  • Business Plan

We plan to grow to $24 million in 5 years. our goal is to capture 1000 total customers this year, yielding ~$1500 per customer per year. $1.5 million in revenue at that rate. Year two, 2000 customers equaling ~$3 million. Year 3 - 4000 customers, $6 million revenue. Year 4 - 6000 customers, $9 million revenue, year 5 - 8000 customers, $12 million. There are roughly 150,000 home inspectors in North America. We will capture a large part of that market, as well as RV inspection, Commercial inspection, marine inspection and others. We are an experienced team. our CEO has 22 years of experience in cloud computing, big data, analytics and application development for Fortune 5000 companies like IBM/Tivoli, Dun and Bradstreet, as well as with successful start-ups. The inspection market has been under-served with respect to technology advancement.

  • Self Identified Competition

Spectora, which entered the market in 2015, is the largest and most respected. They currently claim to have 8000 customers and are most likely bringing a revenue of ~$15 million a year. They are two brothers from a real estate and design background, and this is the first application they have developed. They are having growing pains and product growth/scalability issues. Home Inspector Pro have been around for 16 years and have 600 or so customers. Their product was, again, developed by an inspector. It has major issues with age as well as a team adding feature/functionality on top of older code. We feel they are not up for the task. What makes QuickInspect different is our team and our teams expertise and knowledge around product development. Our team have designed and developed numerous Global, scalable applications for Fortune 500 companies, in multiple languages and multiple currencies. QuickI spct takes a continuous improvement approach. We use direct customer feedback and data analysis to improve our product continually. Our technology stack is based on micro-services technology, which enables us to work on part of the application without taking down the entire stack.
