I'd like to have more vehicles to add along with service technicians to increase revenue. Consult a marketing company for better ways to expose our services to management companies and investors. We are different, setting ourselves apart from others because I believe in quality not quantity. Establish a network in which any of my clients can reach out to me directly without having to wait for an appointment or an email. Right now, we are a five-star company and continue to strive to give our clients nothing but the best treatment and service. I treat them the way I expect to be treated, with the utmost respect and courtesy.

Self Identified Competition
We are all in business to make money, and all see "Customer Service" in a different light. While others concentrate on keeping the numbers high, we like to set one block at a time until the Pyramid (figuratively speaking) is finished. As long as I don't sacrifice quality, everything else will fall into place. Taking the time to listen to our client's concern is extremely important to me. Knowing their concerns, being resourceful and being able to address their situation on the first try, gives them peace of mind and brings me personal satisfaction knowing I did something good.
