ND Financial Services LLC | Application Preview
ND Financial Services LLC is seeking government grants to support its startup costs, which include office space, furniture, electronics, supplies, and uniforms. The company has a clear five-year plan to use its financial services to help fund the acquisition of multiple apartment complexes aimed at providing housing for at-risk adolescents who lack stable families or homes.
The founder's experience as a Military Police Officer in the Army has fueled this mission. Through community policing and outreach, they observed firsthand the struggles faced by children and teens who often had nowhere to turn. Simple acts of kindness made a significant difference for these young individuals, reinforcing the belief that every child deserves a safe home and support.
ND Financial Services is aware of the competitive threats posed by fraudulent operations like scammers involved in identity theft. However, the business stands out by focusing on lower-income families, providing valuable services without charging high fees. The founder has successfully helped over 120 clients transition from Section 8 housing to first-time homebuyer programs, establishing a network of professional partnerships in the process. This commitment to serving underserved communities, along with a strong track record, positions ND Financial Services as an appealing candidate for funding approval.

Business Plan
Within the next 5 years I plan to utilize my financial business to help fund the process to purchase multiple apartment complexes to house unfortunate adolescents without families and homes. Serving active duty in the Army as a Military Police Officer I had gotten hands on experience with being able to do community policing and outreach. I witnessed children and teens with no where to go or families to even run to. Trouble and violence were all these children knew, except when they were shown the proper attention (playing basketball, helping to bathe duty dogs, ice cream for good grades). Small things, but huge to them. Those type of children need me. Every child deserves a home, care, family….

Self Identified Competition
Scammers ( CPN, identity theft, etc) My target market is geared towards the lower income families. My service prices does not reflect my work because of these reasonings. This is not a complaint for me. With my credit repair service I have moved over 120 of my clients off section 8 housing and into 1st time homebuyer programs, in which I have gained a host of professional affiliates (realtors, community resources) etc.
