    Currently the plan is to raise the money to open a fine dining restaurant. Once opened I plan on building out a restaurant that is only open 4 days with pricing that is average. If restaurant meets expectations then will look to grow into more days open a week, as well as higher pricing based on possible accolades. Once creating a restaurant staple the move would be to open other concepts under the originals umbrella. Investors should invest in me, because of the talent and knowledge of my 15 plus years in the restaurant industry. I have worked in Michelin starred restaurants in New York City and Chicago, and I finally feel like I am ready to open my own. The goals of my restaurant are extremely steep, looking to be the best restaurant in the rocky mountains as well as looking at national and global recognition from outlets like James Beard and The Worlds 50 Best. Not only that, I want to build something that the community can build around as well, create an incubator of chefs and individuals that will learn and grow in this environment and than go on to do their own great things locally that heighten the entire restaurant industry in the city.

    Beckon. Mizuna. Mercantile. All three of these restaurants are considered in the fine dining category of Denver and have a strong following as well as longevity. I want this restaurant to be different than any other restaurant in Colorado, or even the rocky mountains. Its not just about the food and my experience cooking in some of the best restaurants in the world that I will bring to this. It's about the entire package, from the moment a guest makes a reservation, I want it to be special. Its about building a team with a common goal of providing the best hospitality that we can give. The little details that normally get overlooked, taken care of without even asking. To be strictly just blunt, I just want it more. I was never a title chaser in my career, I stayed back and learned, went on to learn how different styles of restaurants run and operate and I finally feel comfortable in my career that I can take from my experiences and truly give a wonderful dining experience.
