Business Plan
Our plan is to provide high quality merchandise at a low-cost price for customers. While helping recycle unwanted items and reducing environmental impact. By doing this I am anticipating sales to increase by 75% within the next five years. Debbi is passionate about succeeding in this venture and helping the community. her intention while creating the shop is to allow others to express their individuality while rehoming items to keep them from the landfill. By investing in this company, it will help provide the funds needed to initiate the company. Thrift stores, like D&D, are good investments because they typically have low overhead costs. As they do not have high inventory or merchanting cost, they can be profitable with relatively small sales volumes.

Self Identified Competition
Ohio thrift-They sell clothing, appliances, furniture, and kitchenware. Gove city cancer thrift shop- sells clothing, appliances, and kitchenware. Once upon a child- sells children clothes and supplies.. Most of these places have very limited operating hours which are not convenient for their customers, and they have high overhead which results in higher prices. We will work hard to establish and maintain a solid reputation as it builds its client base. We will differentiate ourselves by offering a unique product offering with intent to provide a second home to the goods.
