Business Plan
We plan to increase our revenue by opening more class times to increase enrollment. We will also be increasing our prices in the next year. The Little Gym of Kalamazoo is a positive asset to the community. We provide an environment for children to increase their physical, social and emotional skills. We are a non competitive gymnastics facility that encourages children to worry less about being the best and more about trying their best.

Self Identified Competition
Branch Gymnastics and Kids Gym are our local competitors. They are both facilities that offer a competitive setting. We excel above our competitors by taking pride in our program, our team members and cleanliness. We are a non competitive environment. While we offer advanced gymnastics classes we do so while allowing children to create confidence and independence.
