Business Plan
I would like to add an additional truck & driver to the road. I started the business as a life long dream, worked as a nurse educator & maintained the company for 2 years. Business has picked up to the point that I can only do substitute days as a nurse educator. I would eventually like to add another truck & hire a dispatcher for the office. I am motivated & determined to make this work. I feel this business will be sustained in the future. I do not see the transport industry declining any time soon. We are in a small town, very rural area, few transporters in my area. We receive calls daily wanting vehicles moved. But I cannot accommodate every request. I stay booked but will not take on more than a 2 week out.

My area is limited in transporters. I only have one other person in the same business in my vicinity & he stays as busy as we do. Mountaineer Transport- Bobby Hicks MCC Transport is based in a small rural town, I am a female business owner with a competitive nature. I care about clients & started this company with the money my mother left me when she passed. So I determined to honor her memory & prove that I can do it.
