Business Plan
With funds available i will be able to hire more callers, acquisitions specialist, and disposition specialists as well as fund more marketing strategies to reach more clients. I plan to expand to other cities using virtual strategies. Since I began this venture in March of 2020 I have lived and breathed this business. My entire days are spent gaining knowledge and learning new strategies and techniques. I went from knowing absolutely nothing about it whatsoever to being 1 step away from completely automating it. I have even trained others on how it works. With the right funding, my business can become a household name nationwide.

Realtors- Everyone is taught the only way to buy and sell real estate is with a realtor and a bank. Investors- Seasoned veteran investors have the experience of dozens of years. I will catch up. Myself- My main drive is not what others are doing. My drive comes from my doing better than the me of yesterday. I constant strive to outdo myself whether it is learning a new strategy or conquering a fear that I have in my business. New blood. New ideas New techniques and a genuine desire to help people. My main focus in my business is to help property owners who are facing hardships out of their situations the best I can. I also focus on helping families who are chasing the American dream of becoming homeowners but currently cannot by connecting them with sellers and creating a creative way for them to achieve their dreams. Because realtors and bank will not help them due to either credit issues or past history mistakes I educate them on their other options.
