Self Identified Competition
Due to me living in Las Vegas there are countless competitors in the real estate business private and public. The good thing is that Las Vegas is growing very fast due to the entertainment aspect and for the fact that we've acquired a new NFL football team which will bring in much new residents due to jobs that creates. Real estate in Las Vegas is in a premier advantageous position currently. I'm not sure what makes me different, I just know I'm ultimately motivated to being an extremely successful real estate investor and developer.
