Business Plan
I plan on growing my business by taking educational courses, adding services to my menu, and expanding my business in September 2021 to be in a large commercial building and eventually hiring employees. I want to go to massage therapy school or laser technician to become dual licensed as well to expand my service menu and ways to help others I believe I am deserving of this grant because I started my business at 19 years old from the ground up. My business has grown tremendously by word of mouth only, I am very talented at what I do and my passion shows in my work. The energy and results I deliver for people are impeccable and I know that if I had the money to achieve what my heart is set on, I will be so successful and happy to be helping others and myself at the same time! I have a gift of making people feel relaxed and at peace whenever they are in my spa, its a safe space and everybody who enters can feel it

Self Identified Competition
My competition is definitely the surrounding med-spa's in scottsdale, tempe, chandler, Gilbert etc. I am all about natural skincare and the new thing is botox, fillers, hydra facials etc which are mainly only offered in med spa settings. Med spa's have a wide range of what they can offer due to being under a medical director, its hard to compete with that but I firmly believe in my abilities and product line to deliver the results my clients wan to see. What makes me different is I am a solo esthetician/business owner at a very young age whose eager to make it to the top. I do all the ordering, advertising, stocking/ordering, numbers, phone calls, emails etc. I also try to keep my menu of services as NATURAL as I can, I will not perform services on others that I wouldn't have done to myself (example: eyelash extensions, lash lifts) I believe in naturally tightening and brightening the skin, not putting harsh chemicals, parabens, sulfates, and other harsh ingredients on peoples skin. the skin is our largest organ, we need to treat it with love and care
