I have established a network of contacts at local realtors in Owatonna, as well as in the south metro area of Minneapolis, MN. I will grow the business by providing the home buyer with the highest quality home inspection in my region. My relationship with the homebuyer is the highest priority so they feel confident in the home they purchase. I am a local inspector and my reputation is key. I knowledgable and very detail oriented and customer satisfaction is the foundation of my business. I will become the preferred home inspector in the business by providing the homebuyer with a positive and value added experience.

Self Identified Competition
My top 3 competitors do not have websites, and do not advertise. They are also working at other full-time jobs so their inspection business is not a priority for them. 2 of the 3 competitors are also nearing retirement. Now is a great time to enter the market and establish my business. I will provide radon testing as well as infrared analysis of the home being inspected. I also encourage the home owner to take part in the inspection process to feel as confident as possible about the purchase. In addition, I will be using the latest inspection application to provide a detailed report with photos of the inspection process for the report. I will provide a comprehensive inspection so the buyer feels confident in the home they are buying.
