I plan on hiring 5 more technicians, one per year. I plan on being a vendor for the US government and getting government contracts, as well as private management companies. I'm part of the American dream. My father started this company 20 years ago, but because he is suffering form a degenerative disease, I stepped up to be the main leader of this company. We still keep the same level of excellent service to all our customers, we are well liked and relevant to our community. We are on a growth track, but need a little bit of help getting there. We want to grow to have 5-7 new technicians in five years, and we want to triple our sales by becoming the main vendor for the US government contracts in our industry.

Self Identified Competition
We are finding a new niche for our business, so I don't want to focus on my competition. The motto of our company is Integrity is Everything! This was developed by my father, who is an honest man and taught me the same. This is the essential difference between our company and the competition out on the street. We don't take advantage of our clients. We don't do price discrimination. We treat our customers fairly, and with integrity. We will never sell a service which our customers don't need. This is the main difference. We will always honor the warranty and have done that for 20 years. Lastly, the level of our service can not be matched anywhere. We are meticulous and perfectionist in all we do.
