    This funding is intended for three main categories… - Marketing & Sales Campaigns - Labor - Expansion of Data These funds would enable us to run multi-faceted, wide reaching marketing campaigns vis social media, conference sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and bolstering the company’s recognition across the real estate investing industry. Second, these funds would support the onboarding of an additional marketing specialist, graphic designer, and/or sales reps to boost revenue and further develop our sales process. Lastly, these funds will enable our team to procure more data type contracts and expand functionality of the platform with more user-requested features; such as property data, climate risk data, and commercial investment CAP rates.

  • Business Plan

    We plan to grow the business to over 100,000 subscribers and, at a conservative 10-15X EDITBA multiple, approach a $800-$1.5B valuation. Our primary growth plan on the technology side includes adding 35 new features, a mobile app, integrations with 10’s of other real estate CRMs, and expansion of data into smaller markets. On the marketing side, our plan includes capitalizing on the 28 marketing and affiliate opportunities we secured at the Limitless Conference in Phoenix, affiliating with real estate industry leaders like David Green and Joe Fairless, and partnering with real estate coaching groups around the U.S. to expand outreach (which we’re already working on).
