I’ve personally worked for the big three home care companies in Louisiana and what I have found is they hire caregivers who’d rather make a paycheck but lack compassion and sensitivity to make the care recipients home environment better. They mostly forgot one of the basic care rules caregivers are visitors in the care recipients home but it’s your duty to become more like family. I know I can bring a fresh new outlook on caregiving because I can bring a different perspective as I’ve worked not only as the owner of my company but an operator. I don’t mind aiding my care clients. I’m not just the face of the company. I’m the example.
