Funding Usage
In order to expedite the development process for Community Tech LLC, we are requesting a $10,000 grant. This grant will be used to pay our small team of employees for their almost 2 years of work (approximately $4,000). The rest of the funding would go towards developing and manufacturing a prototype of our autonomous access control system. Through research, we have found that this will cost close to $10,000 after acquiring ISO and UL standards, as well as outsourcing manufacturing of the device. Please help a small team of engineering friends since High school turn their business into a reality.

Business Plan
Within the next 5 years, Community Tech LLC has a strategic plan to grow the business into a 7 figure company. With our first service, Community Gate launching at the start of the new year, we plan to grow the business from pre-revenue stages to a 6 figure business within 2 years. This service provides guards with the ability to use QR cloud technology to verify visitors at access checkpoints. Through this they are able to gain reward points redeemable at local businesses. This technology is being adapted into an autonomous solution to help further grow the business. This will require a scale in employees. Currently, we operate as 5 part time employees who have known each other since high school. Receiving no pay is not an issue since we know what the business can grow into. We would begin scaling by becoming full time employees at Community Tech LLC. From there, we would begin hiring sales, marketing, and customer service representatives to help grow and maintain the business. Investors should be interested in Community Tech LLC due to our ability to change and innovate the security services industry. Currently, there are no companies that offer solutions to both guard managed and autonomous access control systems. We do not strive to eliminate guards from their posts, but to enhance them. By offering an all inclusive access management, incident management, and reporting system to guards, security companies, and property management companies, there is no need to adopt multiple solutions anymore. After speaking with an investor who was the CFO of a security company for 10+ years, we received the valuable feedback that our reward system would be an instant hit in the industry. With guards typically being contracted employees, security firms are always looking for additional benefits at low costs. With the Community Tech LRP program, they receive points for verifying guests at their posts. These points are then redeemable at the finest local restaurants in the area. Helping foster community growth.

Self Identified Competition
Our top 3 competitors consist of Lift Master, FrontSteps, and Cellgate. These 3 established companies are industry leaders in the access control market. With their access to capital, they are able to grow into emerging markets at a much faster pace than we currently can. By offering very similar but unique access management products, they are able to offer features such as video surveillance, cloud services, and fully built systems. Community Tech is an all inclusive security services company. Where the 3 companies above lack, is offering solutions to all types of access checkpoints. With Lift Master and cell gate catering to autonomous solutions, they are unable to target checkpoints that still require a physical guard. Community Tech has built a solution to enhance the checkin process with QR technology. Frontsteps offer a solution similar for guards, however, they do not offer a fully autonomous solution with the same functionality. There is also a lack in engagement to new solutions offered. This leads to newer features not gaining results like they promise. With the Community Tech LRP platform, we reward both residents and guards for utilizing the advanced checkin functionality.
