Self Identified Competition
We do not believe we have any competitors as we are all seeking to help provide assistance to Veterans and their families. However there are no comprehensive all encompassing Veteran Centers that do what we do. The closest and nearest model that we are seeking guidance from is Endeavors in San Antonio, TX. What differentiates us between other veteran nonprofits is that we will be able to encompass and include all other organizations under our own. Right now there are thousands of veteran resources, but most of which are very difficult to find and access and do not have a single point location For them to be accessible. Many of those state, and or even federal organizations have agreements, and would like to be housed in our one location. Additionally, from a business model perspective, we hope to become self-sufficient and sustainable by year 10. We will be doing so do a series of diverse investments That will bring in cash flow and income, regardless of donations or grants. This will enable our good work to continue, regardless of variable income streams.
