My first year is all about building the name of my company and trying to outreach as much as I can, have as many marketing campaigns as I can afford. I will reinvest any earning back in to the company until it’s fully automated. Once I have a system that schedules the services for me and have the smaller cleaning companies that work for me on weekly routes, I will start to hire my own employees under W-2 and pay them hourly, that way I have a bigger profit margin. I’ll then open 2 more offices in the south side of Florida because the ultimate goal is to cover all south Florida, that’s why I choose the name it has. I’ll then Franchise “Best Cleaning” and open many offices in different locations of Florida, an example is “North Floridas Best cleaning company”. Until I become the biggest and best cleaning company I will focus primarily in Florida an then move to other states. It’s an amazing opportunity for anyone who is looking to upscale the business concept that I already have and 10x there money. I have proven that this business is profitable and works, if we were to have enough capital to run a payroll system and have our own employees and pay them hourly, as well as investing more money on advertising , the sky is the limit. As the owner of the company I make sure the people I subcontracted are very much qualified to represent the name of my company. With the same principles of keeping a good reputation in the services that we provide we can essentially monopolize the cleaning industry. We could be the best cleaning company with the best reputation, that also means we can charge more for the value of service that we provide.

A1 cleaning authority, they’re a franchise and have high prices compared to what I charge Molly maids, they’re also a franchise, and they’re system is amazing but they’re service area is very limited Individual cleaners, there are many individual cleaners who clean very well and charge either very expensive or very cheap, they’re very limited in how many clients they can take This company represents me, it represents my values and morals, I’m here to provide high quality services for the right price, if for any reason any of the services weren’t to satisfaction to the client I will personally clean they’re house and make it right or have someone else come back to make it right. I actually care about every client I have and will do anything to make sure they were satisfied with our service. I’m looking for recurring clients that’s why it’s so important for me they can trust us and know we work hard to ensure the best cleaning. Unlike big franchises that already have a name for themselves they make money off of one time cleanings and aren’t as focused as my company on the satisfaction of a client.
