When we hire the new employees, we will train them, they will gain a trade that is not being taught in schools, and they will have a place to use their newly acquired skills. We have built a reputation of being the best in the business, we have a waiting list of customers who want us to work on their furniture. We treat our customers with professionalism, respect and courtesy. We have been in business for over 15 years. We need more employees, it hasn't been easy to find experienced upholsters that specialize in furniture and antiques. Therefore, we are seeking to hire people who want to learn the trade and work in our company at the same time offer our employees a beneficial workplace.

    We do know that when we offered to pick up and deliver furniture, our competitor, soon after, offered the same. We don't know what their processes are, but we know we are very thorough with each job. We don't know how they treat their employees, but we give our employees perks by giving concert tickets, dinners for 2, breakfast burritos and the like, we treat our employees with respect and encouragement. We have a wonderful reputation, it shows by our waiting list of customers who want us to work on their furniture. We have business customers who prefer to work with us. We treat our customers with professionalism, courtesy and respect. We take the extra effort to do a thorough job. For example, a person brought a chair in that their cat tore the fabric, we took the extra effort and made a scratching post with the old fabric for the cat, and upholstered the chair, the person let us know the cat used the scratching post, thus keeping the chair in good shape. When we get a piece of furniture we strip it all the way down to make sure the frame is stable and the fillings are good, if we find anything that is broke or needs fixing we do that, letting the customer know at the same time. We cover the furniture with new fabric, not just cover over the old fabric.
