Our goal is to serve food that people enjoy and want to continue to come back for. Our company will continue to serve our locals while traveling to other communities to allow growth. It will continue to be a family run business with the plans of being passed down to the next generation. Our children will continue to learn the business and will be trained to be the friendliest, respectful, humble, and motivated employees possible. The management team is comprised of individuals whose backgrounds include management, ranching, maintenance, customer service, nursing, restaurants, and catering. The residents of Harding County and now customers can leave it to The Big Guy’s Taco Stop to get a great meal on the go. The Big Guy’s Taco Stop (Also referred to as “The Company”) is a start-up Mexican takeout establishment with the plan of becoming a full mobile kitchen. The menu will be inspired from generations of family recipes, with a New Mexico influence to appeal to our local customer base. The establishment is currently located in Harding County, New Mexico, with the plans of expanding and traveling anywhere in the state. The Big Guy’s Taco Stop offers Mexican Cuisine that includes Tacos, Burritos (smothered), nachos, Taco Salads in a fried taco bowl and will expand to other menu items as our business grows and the seasons change. We also offer Agua Fresca’s that are not often seen in this area. There are no other Mexican restaurants in this community or county, there is a pizza establishment, however it is not open on weekends. This means the residents of this county must travel at least an hour If they do not desire to prepare a meal at home. There is a need for a warm, family-rooted business with excellent food to meet the needs of this community as well as others.
