Business Plan
In the next 5 years I plan to grow my business by buying more properties to provide additional housing to low income families in the surrounding areas. I also plan to buy rental units for ATV riders that visit the area and bring money back into the community. Investors should invest in me because I have the drive and determination to grow a successful business. I have a masters degree in business administration and have the necessary knowledge and skills to be a successful entrepreneur. Investors should also invest in someone who has the passion to give back to the community that raised them.

Self Identified Competition
There aren’t too many real estate competitors in this rural area which is why this project is needed. However, one competitor is located in the next city over and has a beautiful rental property with 6 units that are all currently rented. I am different from my competitor because I can offer more units and more bedrooms within my housing unit. I am also different because I open my units for low income families. I am also different because I have a vision to keep expanding and introducing different revenue streams.
