We would use this to expand or operation. Hoping to get a larger shop which would allow us to add more clients. We would need more supplies and shelving units. We would then get a forklift and pay for training and safety training and materials.

We will do more marketing and networking to get a larger client base and add clients and employees to cover the expansion. We are a small business that is contributing to e-commerce growth and supplying local jobs. If we get a grant we would be able to expand and that would include offering more local jobs.

Self Identified Competition
This market is not very competitive, as there are so many online sellers, but Network Prep in Oregon is a larger prep center that has a strong influence in the market. Gray Fox Prep and Yellowstone Prep in Billings, MT are other prep centers that are in the same market and do prove to be some competition. We have a very strong, positive reputation in the e-commerce world and to be able to get funding we would be able to offer more training for our staff, and more staff in general to continue providing the excellent service we have built our reputation on.
