Business Plan
I plan to expand my business to different counties in my surrounding area. Need to hire help on a bigger projects such as move out/ins for rental properties. Have more clientele during the week with deeper cleans that are in demand. I'd also like to go to business school and become certified for hoarding and organization clientele to provide more services in need. I believe I can make my small business grow with the right location expansion, motivation of other employees and have the right vehicle to meet my demands. I believe in myself and my plans for my company. I can take a task that others do not have time for or don't want to do and make them happy to be able to come home to a clean environment.

Self Identified Competition
I have 2 competitors in my area that do have a busy schedule. Many clients of theirs have recently been unimpressed due to the lack of employees with their demand and things not being done like asked. I want to be that top competitor that is reliable and consistent with employees. I am different from my competitors because of my consistency on my work schedule, instant reply for their needs. I also expanded on what cleaning services I provide for example, air BnB's, commercial, small business owners and food trucks that are local.
